Subscription Groups allow you to group together one or more subscription plans into a named unit that can be easily referred to.
Promotional Codes (also referred to as Access Codes) restrict access to Subscription Plans.
In the Suma-generated user account pages Subscriptions and Payment History, Suma adds a small footer to the panel explaining to the user that if they have questions about their subscription or billing that they should email the customer service department. The email address of that link is defined by this setting.
